Rates quoted are for the maximum occupancy of each cottage and may include 1-2 children under 12 (depending on the size of the cottage). Reservations are confirmed with a 40% deposit by credit card. Balance is due upon arrival. Reservations are subject to a one time additional housekeeping fee.
Check In is 3PM and Check Out is 10AM. If you plan to arrive after 4PM, please contact the office in advance to make arrangements.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our property. We need time between guests checking out and new guests arriving to ensure that our cottages are thoroughly cleaned. We will try to facilitate requests for early check-in and late check-out if possible. Please check with site management.
Due to the size of our resort, cancellations affect our operation significantly. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Cancellation fees are calculated using a percentage (%) of the total rental amount. There is no deposit refund on peak season or holiday reservations. Deposits will not returned for cancellations within 15 days of arrival. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.

Walk 400 steps from your cottage and you are on the beach...no streets to cross.
We have beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, pails, shovels and boogie boards for your use at the beach. Our lounge chairs are around the pool area and although it's always best to bring your own, we do have some beach towels.
We are a small resort and have only one car parking space per cottage. You may always park on the street if space is available. There are marinas as well as public launch facilities on our island.
We have the Anna Maria Island free trolley that runs from 6AM to 10:30PM seven days a week. We also have complimentary bicycles that you may borrow.
We do not have daily housekeeping services, but we do provide weekly housekeeping for guests with extended stays.
All of the kitchens have toasters, blenders, coffee pots, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, baking dishes and glassware.
All of our cottages have either a deck or a patio with patio furniture.
We do have grills; our larger cottages have their own and there are three available for use in our picnic area. All of our grills utilize charcoal, and we do not provide it for you.
The larger cottages have bathtubs in at least one of their baths as do some of the smaller units and all of our cottages have hairdryers.
We do have one of each of these, when you book your room please ask to reserve one or both of these items.
No there are no washers or dryers in the individual cottages but we do have a guest laundry that is open 24/7. Each cottage is equipped with an iron. If your cottage doesn't have an ironing board we have them available in the office and also have an iron and standard size ironing board in the guest laundry.
