Rates are for 7 people in our 3 BR cottages
4 people in our 2 BR Cottages
2 people in one bed Apartments
2 people in our Studios
Reservations are confirmed with a 40% Deposit by credit card or check.
Balance Payment is due upon arrival.
Reservations less than 3 nights are subject to cleaning fee.
Rates and Regulations are subject to change without notice.
Quoted occupancies may include 1-2- children under 12
(Depending on size of cottage.)

Cancellations
Because of the size of our resort at Anna Maria Beach Cottages, cancellations affect our operation significantly. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellation fees are calculated using a percent (%) of total rental amount.
Cancellation fee for Holiday or Peak period rentals fall under the guidelines of maximum 90+ days rate.
0 to 15 day prior to stay cancellation, there will be no deposit refund however, if the unit is re-rented a credit voucher for a future stay will be issued minus a $50. processing fee.
We suggest the purchase of travel insurance.

Rental Guidelines
All cottages equipped with full kitchen.
Anna Maria Beach Cottages is pleased to offer free use of beach chairs, water toys, and bicycles (subject to availability).
Our facilities, particularly the pool, are reserved for our registered guests only.
Anna Maria Beach Cottages is a "NON-SMOKING FACILITY". Smoking may be allowed on the patios and/or decks if ash trays are evident.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. We do allow Guide or Assistance Dogs please call for details.
Each unit has one (1) parking space. Water craft cannot be accommodated in parking spaces at the cottages. Please call to arrange parking for additional vehicles.
Linen service and Housekeeping are available during extended stays at a small charge. We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge at the end of a stay if required.



Arrivals & Departures
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our property. We need time between guests checking out and new guests arriving to ensure our Cottages are thoroughly cleaned. We will try to facilitate requests for early check in and late check out if possible. Please check with on-site management.
CHECK IN: 3 PM TO 5 PM CHECK OUT: 10 AM
For late arrival after 5PM, please contact the office in advance to make arrangements.
